Alice died in 1957, and Wilbur died in 1969. The Curnows purchased the home in the following year. They sold the home to the Gormans, former landlords to 103 Llandaff Road. The home initially went on sale for $369,900, but was sold to them for $349,000 in 2007. The Gormans sold the home in 2015 for $658,000.
